asana & pranayama
Yoga asanas (postures of alignment in Self) and pranayama (breathing for alignment in Self) are natural complements (and usually, a by-product) of a life aligned in Self. PraNa can be translated as the essential life-force within Self, and our breath is directly linked to our state of mind. Asanas and praNayama expand life force, well-being, and the ability to use the voice and body instrument for both sounded music and (silent) vibrational presence.
Prathama Nada offers a space for group practice in yoga asana and praNayama, guided by Paj Nandi, one of our co-facilitators, and a certified yoga instructor.
